Obama

Barak Obama is an exemplar of the American Dream. A multi-racial, multi-cultural, multi-domestically raised person who has risen from very meager beginnings to become a leader of people from all colors, all cultures, and all backgrounds. His integrity has led him to wisdom, his struggles to hope, and his love for US to a perspective of unity that is unmatched. I do not have a right to vote, but, yes, I hope you guys can!

My Name

In the US, due to the people calling me 'Hee', I often get nervous. Someone even calls me 'Heejing.' When people called me as Hee or Heejing, I thought they called another. People in Korea have three letters by name in Korea. One is family name and the others are first name. Each letter has a special meaning because we have used some words written in Chinese characters(ideograph). Certain people have only one letter by his or her first name. Such case is quite uncommon. The meaning of Hee is 'seek and waiting and hope' and the meaning of Jin is 'truth,' So the full meaning of my first name is kind of 'seeker of the truth' or 'person waiting for truth, God'. I try to live up to my name 'one who hopes in God'. Because God is the only truth in this world. Of course! :)
